Picture Packet Pick Up

All 6U-19U teams should send ONE (1) team representative to pick up the Team's Photo Packet - now at the home of our Picture Day Coordinator (coaches have been emailed that information). On Picture Day, every player must turn in a completed form even if they're only getting the free photo package.

Team Representatives will need to know their Division and Coach Last Name (i.e. 12UB - Smith)

To keep the day running smoothly and on schedule, each team should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time. Teams should line up away from the picture area and only proceed when the full team is present and when directed so by Picture Day Staff. Players should be lined up shortest to tallest. Any player with an extra order should have their form in hand. with each player holding their own envelope.

Each team should have a clean, 50th Anniversary Ball available for photos. Standard pose is ball under arm with opposing hand on hip. Coach or Assistant Coach may assist with posing younger players.

Banners may be used in the team photo but must be assembled in advance.

Starting this year every player must turn in a completed order form, even if they’re only receiving the league-provided photo package and not buying extras.

For extra orders, payment options include:
Credit Card using the QR code on the form. Write your receipt number on the form.
Zelle;to 818-263-1572 Write "Zelle" on the form and include your child's name in the Zelle transaction.
Cash or check should be given to your child along with their form and Picture Day staff will collect.
