Spring 2026 Soccer Update

AYSO Spring Soccer Program Announcement

Get ready for an exciting Spring season of AYSO soccer designed for players with average to above-average skills who are passionate about the game! Unlike our inclusive Fall program, the Spring season is geared toward committed athletes looking to continue developing their skills in a competitive environment.

New This Season: 6U Playing Circuit!
For the first time, we’re introducing a 6U division. Players from Fall 5U and 6U teams are eligible to participate in this two-year combination group.

Key Dates & Details
* Registration Opens: November 12, 2025
* Season Duration: Mid-February to Mid-May
* Registration Fee: $100 (plus applicable service fees)
* Team Formation Begins: Mid-January
* Practice Start Week: February 9

Program Structure
* Teams will be formed using two-year age combinations to ensure balanced competition.
* Teams are responsible for their own uniforms (self-funded). Uniforms must meet AYSO Uniform Specifications.
* Practices are held during the week: (Subject to field permit availability)
* 8U and younger: Once weekly
* 10U and older: Twice weekly

Game Schedule
* 6U & 8U: Saturdays (weather permitting)
* 10U and older: Primarily Saturdays, with occasional Sunday games if needed

Space Is Limited!
Not all registered players are guaranteed placement. More volunteer coaches means more kids get to play! Priorities are given to:
* Fall season participants who register on time
* Families with active Fall volunteers (Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Referees, Board Members). *

Team Commitment & Selection
* Players must demonstrate strong commitment by attending most practices and games.
* Coaches may select part of their team from Fall rosters.
* Remaining spots are filled based on skill level, Fall participation, and parent involvement.

Tournaments & Playoffs
* No playoffs during the Spring season.
* Optional Spring Area Tournament available for 10U+ teams (self-funded).
* Additional post-season tournaments are available for 10U+ teams (also self-funded).
Note: Teams may not participate in tournaments during the regular Spring season.

Age Groups for Spring 2026 are the same as Fall 2025 (except for Extra teams).

The New School Year Age Groups doesn't start until Fall 2026 (except for Extra teams).
