Refund Policy
The deadline for requesting a player fee refund for the Fall Season is August 31. Refunds will be issued to the person/company that paid the player fee, once the following conditions are met:  
  1. Player has not participated in any games or practices.
  2. Player has returned the full uniform (in like-new condition) to the team coach
  3. This form has been submitted on-line or printed and mailed to:
      AYSO Region 85,   PO Box 1059,  Lake Forest, CA 92609
